Meet the owners
The DiCamillo Family Bakery has been baking in Western New York for more than 100 years. Its hand-rolled, hearth-baked Scaletta bread made it a neighborhood essential, and it's still the most requested item on the menu.
The family helped bring biscotti to the national stage in 1979, and their biscotti and fig cuccidati are sold by fine food shops across the country. Over the years they've added Western New York classics too: Peanut Stik cake donuts, kummelweck rolls and sponge candy.
