⭐ What to order
Our recommendation
The steak and cheese sub. It's what they're famous for.
Meet the owners
Viola's opened in 1958 on Elmwood Avenue, in the city's market district. The founders were Otto Viola, Louie Riccuito, and Joseph and Rita Tardibuono. Two years later they built a second shop on Military Road in the Town of Niagara.
It has stayed in the family ever since. Today Joe and Rita's six children, Sandy, Rose, Sarah, Tom, Peter and Gina, own and run it, with some of their grandchildren behind the counter too.
