The Anchor Bar is where the most famous version of the wing's origin story takes place: Buffalo, 1964, Teressa Bellissimo, a butter-and-hot-sauce toss. The Niagara Falls location is an easy stop if you're staying downtown. It's a piece of wing history. Just know the locals' favorites are elsewhere.
